WHAT: Fandango's End-of-the-World Party
WHERE: The P*rn Palace, 415 Jesse St., San Francisco
WHEN: Saturday, July 14, 2007, 9pm-2am
WHO: The Friends, and Friends-of-Friends, of Fandango.
COST: $10 to $20 in advance, sliding scale. ($20 at the door.)
WHY: Fundraiser for Fandango Village infrastructure at Burning Man
(Bars, Trucks, Booze, Trash, Furnishings, Booze, Lumber, Trash)

How is the World going to End? Will it be the seemingly-inevitable Zombie apocalypse? Will we all fight each other to the death over a few precious drops of gasoline? Will the world snuff it in a Biblical plague of locusts and Hellfire? Will the toxic sludge of our corporate paymasters give rise to a new brand of avenger? Or will we all have to sprout gills after the ice caps melt, leaving us with nothing but a horrible, watery-world?
We don't know, but we hope you'll help us figure it out at Apocalypse!, Fandango's 2007 Fundraiser. Two different dance floors will feature Fandango's Apocalypse DJs, playing everything from deep funk to deep disco to deep trance. You have limited time, so make good use of
it on the dancefloor.

Some logistical hoo-hah: We're splitting the take with our hosts at the PP this year, so they'll be keeping the funds from the bar, and we'll be keeping the funds from the door. The downside of this is, woe, we have to charge for drinks. The upside is that we're going to be fully licensed, and don't have to worry so much about having a pre-sale guest-list. That said, please buy your tickets in advance, so we can pay for things like janitors and security. (Because, really, who wants to tidy up after the Apocalypse?) Also...we'll do a host-bar for the first hour of the event for those who paid in advance. (We're all in this together!) Please feel free to invite all your friends.
